Suzan Fulop is a Level 4 Specialist Coach in Sprints, Hurdles & Jumps who coaches in the Australian Capital Territory (ACT). Suzan’s training squad is a mix of all ages, with a big focus on athlete development as well as high performance.

Suzan holds training sessions at the Woden Athletics track during the week, and the AIS athletics track on Saturday morning.

Winter pre-season

Winter pre-season has begun. The chase to next season’s goals begins now. Rug up and let’s get after it.

Well Done!

Very proud of all of you who competed in Sydney at the Australian Athletics Championships over the last 8 days. You’ve handled yourselves well and competed wonderfully under pressure. A superb experience that’s for sure. An amazing opportunity to learn and grow for next year. I’m so excited to begin winter preparation for all of you. Great job! Very well done!

Nationals here we go!

Good luck to everyone who is competing at Nationals. Perform, enjoy, and soak up the experience.

We train in the rain!

Yep, we do. A bit of rain won’t stop us! Training is on no matter the conditions. There’s always something we can do to improve.

Frequently asked questions

Tuesday and Thursday sessions are 90 minutes. Saturday is a 2 hour session.

Please bring some water. Plus have clothing for the weather conditions on the day. 

I coach all ages. Juniors, Opens and Masters athletes. My current squad has a mix of ages.

Yep, we do! We are out there getting it done. However, on the rare occasion training needs to be relocated, postponed or cancelled, I will notify you.
