IAAF Kid’s Athletics Coach

I have athletes age from 9 years to adults, beginners, novice to elite athletes. We work together towards to the athlete’s goals and reach the full potential in the sport.

My squad is mainly track and field athletes. Also coach athletes from team sports like football, netball, touch football and from individual sports like gymnastics.

As a formal athlete I have the passion and understand what needs to be done to achieve success.

I have coached both disabled athletes and able bodied athletes to international and national success.

In 2000 I coached Sharon Rackham, a disabled athlete who went on to represent Australia at the Sydney 2000 Para Olympics, where she obtained a Silver Medal in the 200m and finished fourth in the 100m.

In 2003 one of my athletes, Elizabeth Dalton, represented Australia at the World Youth Championships held in Canada, in the Triple Jump. In that year, Elizabeth was ranked No.2 in Australia in the Triple Jump in the Open Division. In 2003 the ACT Athletics Association named me ACT Junior Coach of the Year.

Each year a number of my athletes have achieved the automatic qualifying standard for the Australian National Youth Championships. In a number of the Championships, four of my athletes have gone on to achieve a podium finish as follows:
